How can I get to Xcaret? For information on transportation to the park from Cancun , Playa del Carmen and Riviera Maya click here . What are the Xcaret Park schedules? Xcaret is open all year long. Winter from 8:30 a.m. to 9:00 p.m; and summer from 8:30 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. At what time does Xcaret Spectacular Mexico start/end? The celebration schedule is from 6:00 p.m. to 8:20 p.m. in winter and from 7:00 p.m. to 9:20 p.m. in summer. What are the current ticket prices? In addition, there are many other exciting activities you can do like Scuba Diving, Snorkeling Tour, Sea Trek, Snuba, Sky Tour, Swim with Dolphin and more. These optional activities are available at an additional charge when you visit the park. What are the meal options? For additional value and benefits, you can also take advantage of the Xcaret Plus Package (Buffet Lunch) and the Xcaret Dinner Package (with reserved seat for the night celebration), both available online. Carts distributed along the property, with potato chips, soft drinks and beer. What Credit Cards are accepted when buying your tickets online or at Xcaret Park ? For online purchases only VISA and MasterCard are accepted. At Xcaret Park entrance all major credit cards are accepted. Why should I reserve online? First of all, due to the success of our park, advance reservations will save you having to stand in line. Save your vacation time by having your vouchers already at hand. Save yourself time and avoid going through appointments and phone calls for making reservations when you are on vacation. Save money by getting up to a 10% discount on any Excursion to Xcaret and 5% in Basic Entrances, with your online reservation. Also get a 10% discount for any Swim with the Dolphins program. And finally, when arriving to the park, the dolphin adventure is usually fully booked. Make your reservation in advance and make sure you will have your incredible dolphin experience on the day and time that you want. How are my online reservations confirmed? Once you have completed your online reservation a confirmation voucher will be sent to the e-mail address you provided. You have to print this voucher and bring it with you along with an official ID. What if my hotel is not listed as a pick up location? If your hotel is not listed you have many options to get to the park. See more. What are the park rules? We kindly ask you not to bring food, beverages, radios or other musical equipment, suntan lotions or sunscreens as these damage the marine flora and kill the fish. Please leave such items at the entrance of the park and collect them when you leave. Can I bring any kind of sunscreen? The brand recommended is Caribbean Pacific; it must have the legend "Oil Free" and natural ingredients. You can also choose any brand if it is labeled "Paba Free" or "Bio-degradable". IF you can't find any of these; we have some available at our gift shop. Useful Information: It is always advisable to bring your own towels, comfortable shoes, bathing suit, a change of dry clothes, and camera. You can pay for all your purchases within the park with American Express, Master Card or VISA. For your convenience we have an ATM machine in the Museum. Your bracelet is your entrance ticket and your ID if you need to leave and reenter the park. Please wear it all the time. Keep your bracelet on so you can get in and out of the park as many times as you need during the same day of you visit. We recommend you to choose a meeting place in case a member of your group gets lost. If this should happen, go to one of our information booths to leave a message. Some activities may be cancelled due to weather conditions. We appreciate your understanding. Optional activities are additional to your ticket price and require reservation at the moment you arrive to the park.
