* Take a few minutes to plan you day; some attractions have scheduled times. Park staff will be happy to help you with any additional information you might need.

* You may pay for anything in the park with American Express, MasterCard or VISA credit cards. We have an ATM machine in the Museum for your convenience.

* Your bracelet is your ticket into the Park, and will allow you to leave and re-enter the Park if you need to. You must wear it the whole time.
* We recommend you to agree with your party on a place to meet in case you split. If this happens, you can go to our information booths to leave a message for your group or relatives.

* Some activities might be suspended due to weather conditions. We thank you for your understanding.

* It’s a good idea to bring comfortable shoes, a bathing suit, a change of clothes, a towel and a camera when you visit the Park.

* In consideration of our non-smoking visitors, we ask that you not smoke in bathrooms, shops, during the ball game or at the theater.

* Help us keep our commitment to the environment by throwing trash in the trash bins distributed throughout the Park.

* At Xcaret, we all work to offer a safe and pleasant experience. Please help us by showing courtesy and respect for other visitors and park employees.

* For your own safety, obey all safety measures indicated on signs.

* Due to the nature of the park, the Company is not liable fro accidents or incidents arising within it or on its Maritime-Land Zone (beach and waterways).
Park Rules

* We ask that you not bring food or beverages, balls, radios or sound apparatuses, coolers, suntan lotions or sun blocks into the Park; they can all harm marine flora and fauna, but especially the last two.

* Please leave these items with park staff upon arrival and pick them up when leaving.
