Does Xcaret Plus include transportation?

No, the Xcaret Plus admission does not include transportation. Only the TOURS include transportation departing from hotels in Cancun or Riviera Maya.

The Xcaret Plus Admission does not include transportation but you can add it at the moment of your purchase and choose the hotel you will be staying. If you stay with a relative, hostel, or a private residence, choose one of the meeting points for your pickup.

What does the Xcaret Admission includes?

The regular Xcaret Admission includes tours by underground rivers (with a loan of security bag during the swimming), access to the Xcaret México Espectacular show at the Grand Tlachco Theater, entrance to the Coral Reef Aquarium, Butterfly Pavillion, and the Aviary, plus the beach, inlet, Horse Exhibition, and Papantla Flyers show. Also, you can use sun loungers, hammocks, rest areas, lifejackets, inner tubes, restrooms, dressing rooms, and showers.

What does the Xcaret Plus Admission includes?

Besides all the inclusions of the regular Xcaret ticket, the Plus Admission offers a buffet lunch at selected restaurants with unlimited non-alcoholic beverages such as flavored water and coffee with your meal and one beer (per adult). You can also have access to the Plus Area with exclusive dressing rooms, lockers, and restrooms, plus the use of fins and snorkel mask with integrated tube to enjoy it at the inlet.

What happens if I cannot take my printed coupon?

It is not necessary to print your coupon to enter the park. You only have to show your purchase coupon and an official I.D. of the visitors and the coupon’s holder.

Can I show my purchase coupon on a tablet or mobile instead of a printed one?

Yes, you can present your digital coupon at the Xcaret Park ticket booths with an official I.D. with photograph.

Which are your recommendations to visit Xcaret?

We recommend you to bring comfortable shoes since it is an extended park with many things to do and tour around. Remember to bring a towel and a change of clothes, especially if you want to have one of the water activities.

Can I enter with food or beverages to the park?

It is not allowed to enter with food and beverages to Xcaret Park. However, you will find many restaurants and shops to grab a bite. Also, you can upgrade your admission to Xcaret Plus that includes a buffet lunch in selected restaurants, plus unlimited non-alcoholic beverages such as flavored water and coffee with your meal. It also includes one beer (per adult).

Can I enter with my baby food?

Of course, you can access the park with food for a baby like milk formulas, baby food, etc.

How to get to Xcaret?

If you are looking how to get to Xcaret, you need to drive along the Chetumal - Puerto Juárez Federal Highway that connects Cancun with the Riviera Maya. The park is about 6 mi (10 km) south of Playa del Carmen, and there is free parking for our visitors.

For a more comfortable visit, we recommend you to buy your admission with round-trip transportation from your hotel in Cancun, Playa del Carmen, or Riviera Maya.

Is there wheelchair access at Xcaret Park?

Yes, most of Xcaret Park is wheelchair accessible. Also, there are wheelchairs on rental for 399 MXN and requires to leave an I.D. and a 40 USD refundable deposit. If you purchased your admission with transportation service and one of your companions uses a wheelchair, please contact us by phone to give us notice and be ready to provide you with a special attention.

Are there lockers in Xcaret?

Yes, there are available lockers on rental at Xcaret (subject to availability) and you can go directly to the stands along the park. If you purchase a Xcaret Plus Admission, you will have exclusive access to an area with lockers included in your ticket.

Can I use any type of sunscreen or sunblock at Xcaret?

No, we ask you to only use sunscreen and sunblock containing titanium oxide and zinc oxide at the park. Help us minimize the environment impact by using products without chemicals.

What clothes and footwear is recommended for Xcaret?

The footwear recommended are comfortable shoes as the Park is very big and you are going to walk a lot. Also, bring along a towel and a change of dry clothes in case of practicing water activities. A pair of watershoes can be useful to enter the underground rivers, inlet, and other attractions.

Xcaret Park is a place for the whole family and most of the attractions and activities are for children. However, there are special places designed exclusively for the little ones such as the Children’s World for minors up to 12 years of age.
