Reservations canceled more than 2 days before the scheduled visit date are subject to a 10% administrative fee. Cancellations made within 2 days of the visit date, as well as no-shows, are non-refundable. Visit date changes cannot be made on the day of the scheduled visit.
The minimum age for admission to Xplor, Xplor Fuego, Xoximilco, and Xenses is 5 years old. The minimum age for the Xenotes Tour is 6 years old. For ATV Xperience in Cancún, Puerto Morelos, and Playa del Carmen, the minimum age is 12 years old.
Children ages 5 to 11 receive 25% off the current published adult admission price. A valid ID is required at park, tour, or Embarcadero ticket counters. Children ages 4 and under receive free admission to Xcaret and Xel-Há..
