The Xplor + Xenses Insomnia package takes you on a grand adventure in the Riviera Maya. From descending below the surface to explore the underground rivers of Xplor, flying on the highest zip lines in the Riviera Maya, and riding a surprising 5-in-1 slide that ends in a spectacular wave pool, to then regain your energy with a delicious buffet.

Rediscover your senses at Xenses Insomnia as night falls. This park will surprise you at every step; sometimes you won't know if your vision is deceiving you, or you'll perceive your surroundings in a different way. Explore its unique Pueblo, glide on the Owl Flight, and venture through different ecosystems in total darkness at Xensatorium.

Xenses Insomnia

Night experience in two paths of activities and more than 50 fantastic scenarios:

  • Pinwheel is the departure point where the magic begins.
  • Path of Feeling: a fun Way of Dwarfs and Giants; different ecosystems in pitch black darkness at Xensatorium; a walk beneath the Earth in the Labyrinth of Underground Arteries; a place full of nature in The Eden; and a refreshing Xitric Garden.
  • Path of Doing: get wondered with a giant red Heartbeat, an original and nonsensical Town; a waterslide in Slip; hover in the sky in Owl Flight; float down the stream in Riverlaxing; and get covered in mud from head to toe in the Sludgerie.
  • Incredible moments in visual games, optical illusions, and fantastic scenarios.

  • Activities at Xplor Park are recommended for children of 5 years and older (must be accompanied by an adult at all moments). NOTE: for some activities, there is a minimum height of 3.6 ft (1.10 m) and a minimum weight of 88 lbs (40 kg).
  • To participate in some activities, it is mandatory to have closed shoes, or water shoes.
  • If you included transportation, confirm time and place for pickup.
  • Sunscreen and insect repellent used in the park must only contain titanium dioxide and zinc oxide.
  • Bring cash or a credit card for souvenirs or for the photographs of your visit.
  • Xplor Riviera Maya opens Monday to Saturday from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
  • At Xplor, some activities are not recommended for persons with heart problems, fear of heights, claustrophobia, those who get dizzy easily, with recent surgeries, back pain, who weigh more than 300 lbs, or pregnant women. Zip-lines have a minimum height requirement of 4.5 ft and a minimum weight requirement of 88 lbs.
  • The minimum age recommended for Xenses Insomnia is 5 years, but everybody is welcome. Kids between 5 and 11 years of age get a 25% discount on the adult price (mandatory to present an official ID in the park’s ticket booths).
  • Xenses Insomnia Park opens Monday to Saturday from 5:30 p.m. to 11:00 p.m.
  • The visit takes about 5 hours.
  • Visitors with disabilities must be accompanied by a family member or friend to assist them at all times.
  • Some activities are not recommended for people with a heart condition, afraid of heights, claustrophobia, or get dizzy easily, have a recent surgery, back problems, or having a weight over 299 lbs (136 kg).
  • Slip and Owl Flight activities include water areas with a depth between 3.6 (1.10 m) and 5.6 ft (1.70 m). It is recommended that for these activities, children under 4.2 ft (1.10 m), as well as adults and children who don't know how to swim, don't participate. Both activities are done individually.
  • Activities including Xensatorium, Slid, Owl Flight, Riverlaxing, Sludgerie, Rain, and Xauna are not recommended for pregnant women or individuals with epilepsy. The Owl Flight activity is recommended for children from five years old, with a minimum weight of 66 lbs (30 kg); the maximum weight allowed is 299 lbs (136 kg).
  • Transportation is included only if you add it at the moment of purchase.
  • Reservations cancelled more than two days in advance of the original date of visit are subject to a 10% administration fee. Reservations cancelled in 2 days or less before the visit date, or in case of a no-show, are not refundable. Any change of the booking date is subject to an adjustment in the price.
  • It is not possible to make date changes the same day of your visit.
  • You can enter and exit your selected parks as many times as you want during the day you’ve reserved.
  • To get from one park to another, you can do it by your own means or use the parks’ shuttle at established times.
  • If you decide not to visit the second park on the reserved day, there will be no refund and it cannot be rescheduled for another day.
  • If your package includes transportation from your hotel, you’ll start your day at Xplor, and the pickup will be at Xenses Insomnia.
