  • Wear comfortable clothing, a hat and chemical-free sunscreen.
  • Please arrive 30 minutes early. Spaces subject to availability.
  • Children under 18 must travel with an adult.
  • Your ferry ticket is valid for 6 months from the chosen date, in case you need to make a change.
  • Minors must be accompanied by an adult.
  • We ask you to follow all the indications of the crew, for your safety and that of your loved ones.
  • In case of bad weather, the authorities, through the Port Captain's Office, will indicate if safe navigation is possible.
  • To access the Scenic Tower, you must present your ticket to the Ferry. It is valid up to 7 days after the date of visit.

Some of the most outstanding include El Cielo, Playa Caletita, Punta Sur, and San Francisco, to name a few.

To make the most of your visit, we recommend two days. The day one, tour the Magical Town and enjoy its museums, scenic viewpoints, restaurants, and stores. On the second day, visit its natural parks, take a diving or snorkeling tour, or relax on the shore of one of its beautiful beaches.
The crossing to Cozumel takes approximately 45 minutes. The first boat from Playa del Carmen leaves at 8:30 am and from Cozumel at 7:30 am. Ferries depart every hour.
Get to the Maritime Terminal of Playa del Carmen at Calle 1ra. Sur y Zona Federal Marítima Terrestre. From there, the ferry leaves every hour to Cozumel. You can get there by car, public transportation or cab.
